They're a nice complemnt to breakfast eggs or pancakes because while the flavor is tasty it is still mild enough not to do battle with eggs. The bits of tomato add a freshness that is very nice in the a.m.
Many of our pasta dishes have been topped with this sausage, which again blends so well with whatever other additions to the sauce whether it be anchovies or zesty seasonings. It's lovely with our favorite bean soup as well as a favorite chicken soup.
We especially appreciate Aidells including the recipe for Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomato with Mozzarella Cheese Sausage on the inside of the package wrap. One more way to enjoy!
